Ray earned his Masters Degree in 1994 from Utah State University in the Department of Special Education. He has over 25 years of clinical work experience in mental health, substance abuse, Dual Diagnosis and Grief.
 
Ray currently holds three licenses certifications in the State of Arizona:

Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor, (L.I.S.A.C.)
